Trenton Ferry
According the fine folks at HHG, two more of the
Cracker Factory units have been reserved at pre-
construction prices. Hopefully, some of you have
made the plunge.
The developers are featuring one of the units in their
own newsletter, so I'll pass it along.
CF-19 provides stunning living spaces and an
extraordinary value in a 1 bedroom condo. Among the
features of this 922 SF unit are a 27'-5" x 10'-6" living
room, and 17 foot cathedral ceilings in the bedroom.
Trenton Ferry has several units selling for under $120K at both the Cracker Factory and nearby Everett Corner. I can't imagine finding these prices anywhere else in NJ. |

324 S. Broad in the spotlight
In what will probably be the Trenton Loft scene's
biggest publicity moment, our house was
recently filmed for an upcoming episode of
HGTV's "What You Get For The Money". That's the
show where they go around the country comparing
homes of similar value.
Turns out they were in town to film our friends Kelly and Ray's home in Cadwalader Heights. While they were here, they wanted to find a more non-traditional space as well. Apparently, the people they contacted recommend us. It was fun and the film crew was great to work with. Alexander seemed to have a good time as well. Two days before the shoot they sent an e-mail asking if we could pull together a party scene. What? So, in two days we organized an early Friday evening party at the house which was followed up by an outing to "Trenton2Nite" and dinner downtown. I'll let everyone know when the episode is to be aired, sometime in the next 6 months to a year. |

We've got some available apartments for rent this
month.
As always, renting in one of these in-town apartments is a great way to get to know the city before buying. I might also recommend that paying, in some cases half the rent of equivalent units in other areas of NJ, is always a good idea. |

Dan badmouths Trenton
In my June newsletter, I made the argument that
Trenton really wasn't that dangerous. I got praise from
the police department and caught flack from civilians.
Here's the reality ... |

Welcome to the Trenton's Newbies
Speaking of criticizing our government, have you seen
the all the press Trenton's blogosphere has gotten
lately? The Times and the Downtowner have run
articles making these bloggers out to be some sort of
second coming.
The fact is that blogs are just a simple method of posting to the web. Forums and regular, old fashioned web sites have been around forever delivering the same types of message. What's good though is that the blog format has enabled more people to post their thoughts online. So to all the following bloggers, I say welcome to the Internet, it's a nice place to be.

Once again, it's Trenton2Nite. This event happens the

showcasing Latin art.
