Combine a showing with the Holiday House tour
The Mill Hill Holiday House tour is this
coming Saturday the 5th. If you're in the
market for a move to Trenton then I suggest
taking a look at the available properties in
Mill Hill while you're at the House Tour.
You can enjoy the elaborate historic homes on the tour and meet listing agents for the "for sale" homes in the neighborhood. The following properties were compiled during a walk around of the neighborhood on Sat. Nov. 28 2009. Most are Historic single family homes from the 19th century. Some are rentals and a couple are gut rehab opportunities. Trenton Lofts made an attempt to get the information right about these homes but there aren't any guarantees.

Mill Hill has the 2nd highest average home
listing price of Trenton neighborhoods. The
average is $220,000 and is much higher than
the city average of $142,000.
Highest home prices are in Hiltonia on the western edge of the city. |
