The model unit at the Broad St. Bank has finally arrived. Potential tenants now have a wonderfully decorated way to visualize how their living space could be arranged.

This is great news and clearly the marketing staff has done a good job in putting the buildings best Sq. Ft. forward. Looking at these pictures makes me wish the building had been open when I first moved to New Jersey as a single guy back in 1998.

The apartment shown here reminds me of the bachelor pad I had in Dallas before I moved. It had a view of downtown too and was also near cultural attractions and restaurants making a convenient place from which to start or end a date.

Nuf said - I'm hoping these pics entice some of the areas young and fun (or at least young at heart) to join the party in lovely downtown Trenton - getting lovelier every day.
