Do you have a unique Trenton property to list

Trenton Lofts isn't a marketing service or a normal classified listing. Rather, it's my version of a volunteer service. Some people feed the homeless, some raise money for the arts. I help promote residential real estate in Trenton. Quite frankly, I can't think of a better way I can help revitalize Trenton than by helping to sell or rent residential real estate, especially unique and high end real estate.

So, if you'd like me to list your property and possibly include it in my monthly newsletter you need to do a few things:

1) Send me your marketing description. This should be enough information to get the reader interested but not so much that I'll have to decide what to cut.

2) Send my three JPEGs. Your JPEGs should be 200KB or smaller, which is typically for web images. If you don't know how to turn a large 2MB image into a web appropriate picture, send the big ones to me one or two at a time and ask me nicely and I'll convert them.

3) Send me complete contact information. Name, number, email and your company name if applicable. BTW - I don't care if you're a realtor, developer or homeowner, I'm an equal opportunity lister.

4) Tell me the price.

5) Send me the address. I'll need a street address and unit number. Also, send me a Google maps link if you'd like.

Send all of this to dan@trentonlofts.com

Finally, if you've got a multi-unit project or otherwise large project underway, I'd like to see it and possibly do an interview. There's generally a lot more to be said about loft projects than will fit in a listing. Take a look at the interviews I've done for HHG, Dan Brenna and Rich Tola.
