105-107is directly across the street from 102 Centre St. and is being converted into lofts by HHG Development and is part of the Everett Cornders loft condos in Trenton Ferry.

The building is directly in back of the Trenton Makes building (artist studio space) and the Conduit Music Club. It's also near downtown and the Sovereign Bank Arena. The building is walking distance to downtown and the train station.
